The all-in-one T-3 Series Yoke is constructed for Strongman and endurance training while providing multi-functionality into one durable frame. Ideal for home gyms or garage gyms, the Yoke frame is a simple and effective design that can transform into a yoke carry, squat rack, push/pull sled, or fat-grip pull-up station. Built with a bolt-together frame featuring 2" x 3" 11-gauge square steel uprights, an adjustable crossbar, two bases with nylon skid feet and vertical fixed weight plate horns. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 750 LB, this Short Yoke allows for a versatile range of movements in squats, carries, and muscle overs, or convert the Yoke into a Squat Stand for bench or pressing movements. The Strongman Yoke is fully customizable for any workout meant to push yourself to the limit and challenge your strength.
